@ScottBennet0245@sola_chad If your brain tells you these verses mean Christians can ignore God's commandment not to eat pork, so be it. Your brain should also recognize, however, that that's moral relativism: What's moral for you is immoral for Jews (or at least ancient Jews).
@ScottBennet0245@sola_chad Using one's brain leads a person to realize that eating pork is an example of cultural relativism in Christianity. With that understanding, Christians can decide for themselves whether to eat pork .
@ScottBennet0245@sola_chad Allmost everyone has heard those commandments (although, sadly, not many follow them). My message is one that many doctrainair people haven't heard. That's why I consider it important to spread the word.
@ScottBennet0245@sola_chad Like many Christians, I enjoy going out to teach all nations -- it's more of a challenge when I think they see the truth but refuse to admit it.
@ScottBennet0245@sola_chad Whoever said it's OK for Christians to ignore many of the laws of Leviticus (such as eating pork), even though God commanded the Jews to obey those laws, it's still moral relativism. It's moral relativism even if Jesus, Matthew and Paul said it.
As you say, floods are common around the world. That's why it's no surprise many cultures have flood myths. The surprise is why people adore and worship a God who commits genocide, killing pregnant women, toddlers and other children, as well as all animals.
Is it coincidence that so many Flood legends exist around the world? Many cultures have one including Tanzania, China, India, Greece, Australian Aborigines, Babylonia, Chaldeans to name a few. Floods were common and no big deal, but there was something different about THIS ONE.
@ScottBennet0245@sola_chad God says eating pork is a sin. Christians say, "That doesn't apply to us, only to Jews." That's moral relativism, the truth you're so desperately trying not to say.
@ZBroocker You appear to hate atheists. But wait, since you profess to be Christian, you're not supposed to hate other people. Oh, I know, you hate atheism but not atheists. Well, I see, posting pejorative pictures of people really only expresses hate for their ideas, not the people. Ha ha!
@ScottBennet0245@sola_chad I asked whether eating pork a a sin. You either don't have an answer, or have an answer but for some reason aren't willing to say it.
@BuzzzStryker@GodlyAction 2/ except Noah and his family, including unborn fetuses, newborn children and toddlers (as well as all living creatures except the pairs with Noah on the ark) I can see why youβd say that being is Satan.
@BuzzzStryker@GodlyAction 1/ According to Grok, the Koran identifies Allah as the same supreme deity worshipped by the Israelites and mentioned in the Hebrew Scriptures (the Old Testament), the same God revered by Abraham, Moses, David and Jesus. Since that deity committed genocide by killing all humans
