@Flatbillsupt Never mind that most public courses are leased out and the taxpayers have literally no skin in the game anymore. Don’t know about this one though…
@shullzy@wessexintl@turfwerksinc Can confirm we started before the 0.85” of rain had concluded. Still sprinkling when we hit the first green. Extremely clean and efficient.
@EanDaniels Everything is fighting me this week too! It’s been a long week and year already. Frost yesterday morning and 90 today. I am betting you still come out on top. After 25 years it’s rare to be defeated. 👊🏼
@iTweetTurf If the owner is in the earth moving business- $0 for that. Cut corners everywhere hire a super and expect problems with project immediately. Maybe $1.5 million for what you’ve asked for. Anything resembling a professional product will be double to triple depends on scope of work
“The artificial turf industry has [convinced] millions… its short-lived, nonrecyclable, fossil-fuel-derived product is… good for the environment.
Were there a greenwashing hall of fame, this would be in it.”

@ChrisMWilliams The modern game (albeit safer) isn’t nearly as entertaining for me. Couple this with the incessant tv timeouts & reviews & the product is damn near unwatchable- despite the team being arguably the best we’ve ever had.
@Mwilliamson46 It’s really tough to say without seeing firsthand & history. Could have been a pro with a faulty or leaking nozzle. A quality slow release fertilizer & patience will be fine but don’t over feed. An @iowalawncare pro could mask it with a liquid application of N & Fe.
It doesn’t rain anymore, temperature is mild tonight, and the system gets blown out next week. Tonight am sending out the biggest irrigation cycle of my career. Over a half million gallons. Ridiculous
