Oh, and the website can't even tell you what stations are on their cable plans. No wonder so many people are cutting the cord anymore. When Customer Service is "Customer, Serve Us", you know a company doesn't really care except for how much they can get from your wallet. Sad.

Many things change, but one thing that hasn't changed in ages is that Verizon's website is an incomprehensible hell when trying to navigate it. Between trying to update a FIOS plan, combining my home and mobile plans, and deactivating my deceased mother's phone, it's horrible.

The people at stores also can't help. Every one I've ever asked has just directed me to call the Verizon phone number, which is full of phone trees and waits that feel unending.

@midnightcap Listening to Fire Emblem x Madden musing. EA hasn't bothered to make ANY of their non-Ultimate Team game modes better for years. FIFA's career modes are a joke. The game can't even remember stats year-to-year, much less storylines. They don't care because UT$$$

@CeeHawk We're only 2 months into the year, and Takeshita is legit making a case for world #1 for 2025. EVERY match he has is amazing. He was the best out there at WK/WD, his match with Boltin Oleg was impressive af, and he just goes and does shit like this.

He just GETS IT.
