@Avabelly__ An old front wherel drive car I fixed had those marks on the rear tires when the park brake froze up in winter. Instead of releasing, the park brakes on the back tires stayed frozen on, thus dragging the rear tires instead of them rolling. It can happen to one or both back wheels

@CalgaryPolice If I am dumb enough to have my dog with me and I absolutely must stop to use a washroom or grab something to eat or drink, it is worth it to me to crank the A/C and burn the fuel to keep the car at normal 70 degree temps. If ya broke my window, you would let the heat IN!
