@PostNL Normally i would just buy another, but this item hasnt been made since 1973.
You guys failed miserably.

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL I just heard that you lost my parcel. Seriously....after all my messages and for weeks you refused to even offer the slightest assistance.

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL any ideas where my parcel is? its been over 50 days....

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL Im sure you have a list of procedures to do when parcels go missing. Can you tell me what has been done so far to locate the parcel?

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL the inquiry was started over a week ago, Yesterday he was told to wait another week. Is someone really trying to find my parcel??

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL being told to wait 5 days....then wait another 7 days is disturbing. You have the shippers info. Contact them immediately with status.

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL 7 days. You dont have to give me any info directly. You can contact the shipper. But can you atleast try to find my parcel? its been 45 days

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL an inquiry was started by the seller. He was told two weeks ago to wait 5 days. He did. There is no news. He was then told to wait another

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL your answer is unacceptable. I asked you for your supervisors email address. Please provide it. I refuse to lose my money on this.

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL I want what i paid for. The box is at the same place it was dropped off. Please contact them and find out why it hasnt been sent yet

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL Not only that, but you refuse to even inquire into it. You would rather argue with me than research it, which is annoying.

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL If anyone is a thief, its your company. He gave you the parcel. YOU have no idea where it is and have failed to deliver it.

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL assistance on your part.

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL there must be a manager i can email, please send me their contact info. Im not willing to walk away from all my money without ANY

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL never contacts me again, i have lost my money. I really hope that you never find yourself in my situation. Its sickening.

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL moved? If this was my business, i would be so embarrassed and would look into it immediately. Your answer is that that if the seller

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL Forget me and the sender for a minute....as a business, shouldnt you be doing your own investigation? 34 days and the package hasnt

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL been started on your own without our request. Wouldnt you think that parcels that have not moved in 34 days need your inquiry?

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL seeing as your business is transferring packages, its sad to see that you havent started your own investigation. This should have

[Jim Tschetter @JimTschetter1]

@PostNL Lets say you paid $1200 for something....and you were in my position. Wouldnt a little help be a nice thing?
