I get an email from @StellantisNA stating to call my dealer (Zeigler in Grandville Michigan), but they tell me that their contact at Stellantis said that the fix isn't available, in fact they said they don't even know how to fix it.

Why doesn't RAM/FCA monitor the @RamTrucks and @RamCares twitter accounts. I send them DM's but no one every reply's. I'm trying to get the Y78 recall addressed and no one cares. This sucks!!! So much for post sales support.

@EmmaWedekind Wow this hits a nerve. It's a battle for a lot of us. Try to schedule time to do other activities that bring you joy. At the end of our life will we wish we coded more or spent more time with friends and family
