This is bullshit. This project includes massive new windfarms, not for NS energy, but for "green ammonia" to be shipped offshore. Put me on the "former Liberal voter" list. Even @SeanFraserMP's seat is in danger.
Today, I am thrilled to join @SeanFraserMP to announce $125 million in support of green energy in Cape Breton—Canso! 🌿
This EverWind Fuels project will launch our economy into the future of renewable, sustainable industries.
Big things are happening in Atlantic Canada! 🇨🇦
A "Let them eat cake" moment from Karla (Antoinette) MacFarlane. Sad. Out-of-touch and insensitive. It only took this bunch 2 years to decay.

Is @Bell_Aliant an honest business?
They failed to provide service 5 days this month (their equip failed). I pay 215/month. They say my bill will be reduced 10 bucks. Should be 31.
@Robrt_McMillan@skimber I'd argue the gov't department or agency has duty to reply. Citizens are entitled to the same canned bullshit reporters get from designated-hitters, aka departmental spokesfolks (although they won't actually "speak" to anyone).
Regulated price of fuel in Halifax is now $1.731, up from $1.489/litre. That increase of more than 24 cents has nothing to do with the 14-cent carbon tax imposed last week. I'm waiting for those who railed against the carbon tax to damn the oil companies with the same vigour.
Affirmative action was never a complete answer in the drive towards a more just society. But for generations of students who had been systematically excluded from most of America’s key institutions—it gave us the chance to show we more than deserved a seat at the table.
In the wake of the Supreme Court’s recent decision, it’s time to redouble our efforts.
"I find it to be painfully hypocritical to see someone like Clarence Thomas dismantle a program that gave him the opportunity to be a student at Yale Law School and then a justice on the Supreme Court."
@RepRitchie on the Supreme Court striking down affirmative action.
Yesterday, my sister Maya and I had an inspiring conversation with the 2023 @ObamaFoundation Leaders. They’re working to make our communities more inclusive and more equitable – and showing the rest of us the way.
@MichelleObama, Maya, and I are so proud of you all.
@kempthead@MariekeWalsh@AshleyBurkeCBC No, Parker, they can't. No such explanation exists. Imagine their (feigned) indignation if the minister "interfered" in such matters.
Zach Churchill and his Liberals should spend less time misleading Nova Scotians, and more time helping families fight this punishing Liberal Carbon Tax.
I’m focused on meaningful ways to protect taxpayers, our environment, and fight climate change. #novascotia#nspoli#cdnpoli
