@GivernyMasso Namely it's pay and job security. The mental drain of managing several different jobs, whilst at the same time looking for work that are mostly not advertised. A constant fight for scraps. Feel like not enough jobs for the amount of people who want to do it for a living.

@idgnicholson 10k is average use for a car. Higher miles means that the car has been used a lot so parts will likely need replacing sooner. So a car that's done fewer miles is less worn out, though corrosion can still occur. TBH it's only a rule of thumb.

@idgnicholson Try to avoid cars with more than 10k miles per year, and you can check their MOT history if they have any persistent problems. Probably the top things I look for. Even a 10 year old car can still be decent.
