Even though we are not hitting new ATH’s, the difference green days have on your mood compared to red days is certainly notable.

@jords I really like Oura rings, seem a little less invasive to me and track lots. Not great if you enjoy weights. also there’s an ongoing subsciption. But it lets you wear classic watches and still track.

Whoop obviously another classic band that’s got great tracking!
