Scout & Runner is now live in full public Beta.
This marks a major milestone for Unetwork as Scout & Runner moves beyond ScoutQuest and staged access into the full Beta platform.
Scout & Runner is a third-party opt-in task provided by ApexTelecom and hosted by Unetwork.
Both roles are now available:
• Scout Role
• Runner Role
Users can now access the platform and begin participating in the next phase of real-world telecom validation.
Scout & Runner brings real operators, real devices, and real mobile networks together to help verify carrier connectivity and strengthen telecom intelligence at global scale.
To access the platform:
• Open the Tasks tab in the Unetwork app
• Select Connectivity Verification
• Enter the Scout & Runner Beta platform
• Register for the Runner Role, or apply for one of the limited Scout seats available in your country
Please note: Scout & Runner remains in public Beta, so users may encounter minor bugs or flow adjustments as the platform is tested, refined, and scaled.
This is the next phase of S&R: broader access, deeper validation, and more real-world telecom intelligence flowing through the network.
Real devices. Real operators. Global verification.
Today we're flipping the switch.
The new Jingle Plug-In website, built by Minutes Network, is officially live.
Whether you're exploring Jingle for the first time or looking to integrate, the new site brings everything together in one place—from how calls flow through the network and publisher earnings, to compliance, integration, and our revenue calculator.
Any Android app can turn opted-in users into part of a global voice-termination network, earning from international calls that would otherwise never touch your app.
The model is simple. When a user opts in, international calls are routed to them and ring on their phone like any normal incoming call. They answer and talk - a familiar call experience with no new screens for you to build and nothing hidden running behind their back.
For every connected minute, the publisher keeps a 50% revenue share.
Jingle runs alongside your ads, in-app purchases, and subscriptions rather than replacing them, and there is no upfront integration cost - a dedicated engineer handles the integration with your team.
Behind the scenes, Jingle is powered by enterprise-grade telecom infrastructure:
• 100% Tier 1 CLI routing
• AI-driven Least Cost Routing
• Reach into 150+ countries worldwide
Built for consent and compliance.
Only users who explicitly opt in take part, with clear consent up front and the ability to opt out at any time. The model is designed to fit Google Play policy, and the network operates only where permitted.
We're also opening the doors wider.
Alongside the new website launch, applications are now open for the Jingle Affiliate Program.
Introduce an Android publisher who goes live, and you'll earn 5% of Minutes Network's own revenue share - recurring for as long as that app keeps earning. Your commission is paid entirely by us and never comes out of the publisher's 50% revenue share.
The Affiliate Program is curated, so simply apply and we'll review your application.
Jingle is built for Android app publishers, from games and calling apps to utilities and other apps with engaged user bases, looking to add a new revenue stream without disrupting the experience they've already built.
The new website is live now.
Explore how calls move through the network, estimate your potential earnings with the revenue calculator, and apply to become a Jingle publisher - or join the Affiliate Program and start introducing publishers to the network.

See you there. 🚀
Most operators think CLI is about answering a call.
It isn't.
CLI is designed to verify real-world call delivery across the network. That's why:
• You don't need to answer the call
• Missing a call doesn't automatically mean missing the task
• CLI works on iOS even when PoW connectivity appears offline
• An active SIM card is the key requirement
• Always report the number exactly as you see it
If a CLI call arrives while you're busy, don't worry. CLI tasks include a reporting window, giving you time to submit your report after the call event. Just remember to report the number exactly as it appeared on your device.
If the number displayed on your device looks unusual or different from what you expected, that's okay.
Your job isn't to guess what the number should have been.
Your job is simply to report what you actually received.
Accurate reporting helps verify carrier routes, identify inconsistencies, and improve network visibility across real-world telecom infrastructure.
The goal isn't to interrupt your day.
The goal is to help verify carrier connectivity and network performance using real devices and real mobile networks.
If you're participating in CLI tasks, take a moment to review the guidelines and make sure your device, SIM, and license are ready.
The better operators understand CLI, the more effective the network becomes.
The Great Onboarding has begun.
Through zenGate’s partnership with 5AM earth, farmer identities, land records, and crop data are being verified on Cardano and turned into reusable digital infrastructure for lending, insurance, traceability, compliance, and payments.
This is not a pilot.
Project Swaminathan is already live on Cardano mainnet in India, with real farm mapping, real field usage, and a path to impact 3M+ farmers by 2030.
This is what real-world adoption looks like.
Entropy is coming to Unetwork.
Why does that matter?
Modern digital systems rely on true randomness to remain secure, fair, decentralized, and resistant to manipulation.
From cryptography and blockchain validation to VRFs and secure infrastructure -entropy is one of the invisible foundations of trust in Web3.
Let’s break it down 🧵
To everyone in our global community celebrating Eid al-Adha, we wish you and your loved ones Eid Mubarak. ✨🌙
We also want to extend our warm wishes to our team and partners in Pakistan as they celebrate the holiday period alongside ongoing work on the next phase of the Jingle rollout and production scale-up campaign.
Pakistan remains a key market for Minutes Network and Jingle, with production traffic already live under our licensed infrastructure and network activity continuing to scale.
Our partners in Pakistan are currently observing the Eid holiday period, and we expect to receive final scheduling confirmation for the next major production rollout next Monday once teams are fully back in operation.
Once confirmed, we will share the launch date with the community immediately.
From all of us at Minutes Network - Eid Mubarak عيد مبارك ✨🌙
DePIN is entering a different phase.
The early era was dominated by incentives, simulations, and speculative activity.
The next phase is defined by infrastructure carrying real-world load.
Telecommunications is one of the clearest examples of that shift.
Calls happen regardless of market cycles.
Traffic moves regardless of sentiment.
Carrier demand doesn’t pause for volatility.
That changes the model entirely:
Real usage
→ service fees
→ algorithmic buybacks
→ ecosystem rewards
Not inflationary emissions.
Not artificial activity.
And when infrastructure generates real economic activity, staking stops being a temporary yield strategy and becomes participation in the network itself.
That is why a significant percentage of the MNTx supply is already locked and staked across the network, at ratios most projects would struggle to achieve.
This is where DePIN starts to compound through real economic flows.
And it’s why the market is beginning to distinguish between networks that simulate usage…
…and networks already operating at scale.
Our MinTech Suite was built for where telecom is heading, not where it has been.
AI-driven routing.
Real-time fraud detection.
Deterministic call handling.
Programmable voice + messaging infrastructure.
Network-level intelligence embedded directly at the switching layer.
As evidenced by recent industry headlines and comments from regulators, the telecom sector is rapidly shifting toward a new operating model defined by:
→ trusted communications
→ infrastructure visibility
→ verification and resilience
→ intelligent traffic management
These are no longer future concepts. They are becoming foundational requirements for modern telecom infrastructure.
With the release of the Minutes Network Telecom Exchange approaching, and Jingle-powered routing on the horizon, these capabilities are set to become increasingly important across the global telecom ecosystem.
The industry is now arriving at conclusions that Minutes Network has already been building toward.
The next generation of telecom will not be defined solely by who routes traffic.
It will be defined by who controls intelligence, trust, and endpoints.
With a recent ATH of 1,469,241 minutes terminated, the next phase of Minutes Network rollout is approaching rapidly.
The Minutes Network Exchange will launch with:
• 100M+ concurrent session capability
• Sub-25ms call setup
• AI-backed routing and optimisation
• Instant settlement
• SMS integrity verification
• MinTest route scoring and testing
Voice, SMS, routing, verification, testing, and settlement operating inside one programmable telecom environment.
At the same time, Jingle deployment across Pakistan is moving toward large-scale rollout.
As Jingle-enabled endpoints expand across live traffic:
• routing efficiency improves
• more traffic terminates directly within the Minutes Network ecosystem
• network intelligence compounds across the platform
Deployment activity continues across live production infrastructure.
Scout & Runner Beta is now LIVE and open to everyone.
This marks a major milestone for the Unetwork ecosystem and the wider community as Scout & Runner moves from closed testing into public Beta access.

Real devices. Real operators. Global scale.
New platform ATHs continue to be recorded across the Minutes Network infrastructure:
• Incoming Calls: 657,443
• Connected Calls: 802,327
• Minutes: 1,433,920
• SMS: 27,385
As network activity accelerates, Minutes Network is now seeing a significant increase in high-volume enterprise SMS traffic across the platform.
With the Minutes Network SMSC now fully operational, the network is entering a new phase of scalable messaging infrastructure capable of supporting substantial volumes of OTP and SS7 traffic across multiple regions and use cases.
At the same time, enterprise demand for transparency, verification, and real delivery visibility across global telecom infrastructure continues to grow.
For years, enterprises across the global messaging ecosystem have faced persistent challenges around inaccurate delivery reporting, delayed receipts, synthetic traffic, and limited visibility into true delivery performance.
As authentication systems, security platforms, and enterprise communications continue scaling globally, transparency and verification are becoming mission-critical.
Minutes Network is building toward a more transparent and verifiable telecommunications model.
This growth is now expanding across multiple strategic layers simultaneously:
• Enterprise OTP messaging
• SS7 infrastructure scaling
• SMS verification systems
• Community-powered telecom infrastructure
• Carrier-grade messaging operations
• Real-world telecom revenue expansion
The telecommunications industry is evolving rapidly.
The next generation of telecom infrastructure will be defined by intelligent communications, transparency, verification, reliability, and global reach.
Minutes Network continues to build toward that future.
