@myopinion6810 @GuntherEagleman There are currently 3 vacancies. Sitting now are 220 Republicans and 212 Dems means that 217 would push it over the line no matter what. In this case there were 2 non-voting and 2 'nay' votes on the Republican side, so 216 - 212 carries it.
