@daichifob I got a refurbished Vive, ~Β£320. No issues with it but for some games that have full character movement there is no analogue stick and the flat dpad isn't great for it.
@AxeenLive @king_bore_haha@fromsoft_pics Death's door is somewhat close if you haven't checked it out already. It has some clear inspiration from Dark Souls and Diablo although it's also not trying to be either game.
@NUMETALSLUG666 @reduzio Try searching learn Python into YouTube. Make some console applications. Not as cool as games I know but you'll pick up the fundamentals faster. What you learn will be very transferable, especially for GDscript.
@____NoI____ I think consistency will be key as consistent visual style is important. Some kind of criteria could help smooth out the decision process. E.g anything you could hold in one hand is 2D or anything taller than is wide is 2D. Depends what is more suitable to wtever you are making.
