@plutus Also, did anyone else get screwed over with the voucher credit? I applied for a John Lewis voucher with the credit they gave me, I used that voucher, then Plutus took the money out of my bank saying I mis-used the credit. 😫

@plutus I’ve been charged for a premium subscription that I don’t remember signing up to, so I cancelled it. They still took another payment so I tried contacting them via the app and email. I got no response but they charged me another £19.99 the next day so 2 payments taken in 2 days

@imaginecurve I just had a call from this number 020 8079 2920 stating they were from Curve and that some suspicious transactions were made on my account and then asked me to give them a Google wallet code that was texted to me. Luckily I didn’t - he hung up!!!

@Plutus_Support I checked with the restaurant owner and she showed me the 2 declined transactions on my Plutus card and the successful transaction with my other card.

Can you shed some light on this? Assume the money will go back into my account?

@Plutus_Support Hi, I tried to use my Plutus card (via the curve card) to pay for a meal in Tenerife. The card machine showed the 2 attempts as declined so I paid with a different card.

On my app it’s showing both transactions as pending and my balance has been reduced…
