Green bins on a section of Jesmond Park West (between approximately Park Head Road and Loweswood Close) were not collected on 1 July @ManorParkLD. Many resident complaints were raised on 2 July and it seems some properties on Melbury Road were picked up late on 2 July but many homes on JPW still not collected. Multiple residents told on the phone that extra collections will take place “the next day” etc but bins still not emptied. Unacceptable service, especially unsanitary in warm conditions and no reason given by @newcastlecc for the failure

@northumbriana I had thought this didn’t really matter anymore, as players can now afford to use private jets and therefore travel on a whim to wherever when they have the time. But I suppose if they have children that becomes harder, so the local area becomes more important.
