@SocialSecurity waiting in line for half hour outside the social security office in Phoenix in 111 degree weather is cruel and inhumane. Our tax paying money should at least provide us with shade.

@British_Airways I received an e-mail to call BA regarding my reservation and I was transferred 3 times (that I had to speak with the agent who sent the email?), waited on hold for hours only to be told that their systems were down and to call back later🤨. Very frustrating 🔥
