Also time we scraped the 90 minutes per game a game. Change it to 30 minute half’s in professional football. Every time the play stops the clock stops. Change the amount of time a goal keeper can hold the ball from 6 to 10 seconds and police very hard. 1 second over indirect.

The VAR doesn’t need to delve into little known rules that are badly used in the game, just needs to use common sense.

Time to scrap on field reviews of decisions using VAR. Give a highly experienced ref the job of making that call. Scrap the clear and obvious error in favour of common sense. If it was 50/50 go with the refs call, if common sense tells you other wise change the decision.
