Once I JimIN I never JimOUT 🥹🫶🏽

I love you and I respect your decision, I'll be waiting even if it's 1,2,3 or more years, I'm always standing right here, I love you be healthy and safe that's all i want from you🥺 @BTS_twt

[Mona⁷ @Jimindipity9503]

@zomatocare So basically after waiting this long, all I get is “feedback noted”?
I paid for my order, not for an apology email. I need a refund for the issue raised. Please stop sending generic responses and provide an actual resolution with refund confirmation and timeline.

[Mona⁷ @Jimindipity9503]

Hey @zomato, what kind of resolution is this? I ordered a thali that clearly showed paneer sabji, dal, salad, achar & tawa rotis in the menu, but what I received was COMPLETELY different

❌ No paneer in the sabji
❌ Dal was entirely different
❌ No salad, mouth freshner & achar

[Mona⁷ @Jimindipity9503]

@zomatocare How much more time does “shortly” mean exactly? It’s already been days of the same copy-paste replies with no actual resolution.

At this point, are you genuinely investigating the issue or just delaying until the customer stops asking?

[Mona⁷ @Jimindipity9503]

@zomatocare 23 hours later and still no update. At this point it honestly feels like you’re just ignoring the issue hoping the customer gives up. If your “team is on it,” why does it take this long just to provide a proper response?

[Mona⁷ @Jimindipity9503]

@zomatocare How many times do customers need to explain the same issue before Zomato actually takes accountability instead of sending automated replies and bots? This is beyond frustrating now.

[Mona⁷ @Jimindipity9503]

@zomatocare Your team is on it” is exactly what I’ve been hearing while getting no actual resolution. I already shared everything, including proof of the completely wrong order, and still the refund was denied just based on the restaurant’s response.
