hey @auspost . just wondering if it's normal for a package to be incorrect delivered by 176kms? Raised a missing item 45mins after delivery 25/8, to now just be told that recovery hasn't even been attempted after 3 days of investigation by the depot? this seems excessive.

@auspost package delivery address is labeled correctly even the digital address is correct. where it was delivered was incorrect. nothing to do with the package, or the label, three points of failure in the network caused the issue.
