前几天川普说为了让美国人能在节日期间买到廉价的中国产品，把关税推迟到12月15日再增加。今天气急败坏地宣布下个月立即增加关税，看来是不想让美国人舒舒服服过圣诞节了。不过也许过几天又找一个借口暂缓加关税。对这种反复无常的反社会人格患者说的话不用认真对待。
