@travellodgeltd awful experience at the London King’s Cross Royal Scot hotel last night. Clearly homophobic reception staff questioning us sharing a room with our daughter. Horrendous rooms down in the basement not accessible and with elderly parents. Manager couldn’t care less.

Soiled bed sheets, noisy and dirty. We booked over 3months ago and were placed in the basement with elderly parents with mobility issues. Told first come first serve by manger, he couldn’t care less. Will not be staying again and certainly will be sharing this far and wide.
