@CoachPHall23 @CoachSwit C is the way to go!!! Playing other sports will allow you to move your body in different ways & make you a better athlete! Don’t get me wrong you should still be working on your ⚾️ game but I think a break from time to time can be beneficial

Congrats to New Canaan Baseball’s Alex Benevento on being named FCIAC Player of the Year. Alex’s regular season stats: .596 AVG, 5 HR, 19 RBI, 27 R, 10 2B, 1.786 OPS. He struck out just 6 times in 72 PAs. The Rams play Darien in Rd 1 of the Class LL tourney on Tuesday. #ctbase

In the state semifinals, Benevento had an 88-yd kick return for a TD and a 65 yd pick-six, his 3rd this season. The Rams look to defend their state title Saturday against Darien.
