Be informed that one of your team introduce a policy to me which I paid N5000 from February 2024 to June but was not registered.
I reported to his supervisor yet no response...... I asked to be refund but till this moment........ Nothing.
@cenbank@FirstBankngr Several calls have been made on same issue to @FirstBankngr yet no resolution.
My question to @cenbank is, if u take banks money, that is fraud but what is it when @FirstBankngr takes customer money without refunding within stipulated period?
@cenbank@FirstBankngr My concern now is that dispense error TAT for other bank is 3 days, mine is 1 month and close to 2 weeks now, @cenbank is you policy really effective? @FirstBankngr refund my money
@cenbank All this contact is not working........ I have dispense error with @FirstBankngr since 25th April..... I wrote mail due to the nature of my work with @cenbank[email protected] in copy nothing have been done..... All I do receive is escalated.. Without resolution

I made 2 ATM wdr, d 1st wt terminal 10331448 failed & d 1 wt terminal 10332505 suc.
All ur investigation that takes more dan 3 weeks is this....

@cenbank@FirstBankngr Response, I called to l complain, no resolution, the painful part is that @cenbank is in copy of my mail, yet no response.
Just bcoz my entire day is occupied. I pray I have chance.......... 😡👾
