@RW_Genting Hi, I’m finding it very difficult to secure hotel booking. Valid debit and credit card details have all been rejected following initial booking. Tried the usual telephone numbers to resolve but to no avail. Could reservation staff at the hotel arrange a call with me?

@NHSuk To all with 9907 issues: the problem could be your records with your GP and in the NHS database do not sync. Your GP should be able to fix this or ask the NHS’ National Back Office to do this. I’m still waiting for a solution but got my first jab at a walk-in centre in the end.
