@Shane00@KyleMcCordMuse I don’t really follow a lot of accounts on here but I see you all the time and Ik u know ball and then seeing you post about Karmelo I was like “wow this dude has all the right opinions” so that’s why I followed you😂
@samschwartz71 Ok and Rutgers even WITH those two still aren’t even a 16 seed. So you’d be adding an NBA player to a team that is BETTER than that Rutgers team
@EyesOnBlair@BoCamaro But that’s not my analogy, I was simply alluding to the fact that sports leagues need to adapt to reach a better market. People were complaining that baseball was too slow, so they sped it up. The WNBA doesn’t have flashy enough plays, so do something about it (lower the rims!!!)
@EyesOnBlair@BoCamaro Pitch clock added, but it did, and now baseball is better than ever. 9 ft rims would definitely help women’s basketball and grow the market. They can adapt to a lower rim, and yes you’re right that it would change youth girls basketball too, but I think they’d be fine w 9 ft too
@EyesOnBlair@BoCamaro When I hoop on a non regulation rim, I for sure notice the difference right away, and it takes me about 5 minutes or 5-10 shots to adapt. Surely professionals can handle it. Adapting to the market is how leagues survive. I’m a baseball purist and I didn’t wannna see the (1/2)
@AirVonte8@chojnowski_a@310Ventures@dom_lucre I would imagine it IS being used for the finals, but only for like pregame stuff and timeouts and stuff like that…. Like when the game is actually being played I bet it’ll be normal
@spdubb95@iinangelo@Marcussi_MA No, actually, while I don’t doubt there’s a couple morons among us, most of us prefer to brag about boston being the greatest sports city of all time
