You are “built different”
We all are!
That’s exactly why you need a complete one on one session (with me 🙋🏾) to figure out what you have and what you’re missing in training
Can’t know where you’re going if you don’t know where you’re currently at so let’s test and find out 🙌🏾
Resting in the off-season does not mean don’t train.
Yes, a period of real rest is super helpful after a long season.
But at some point, you need to start strength training and translating that strength back to explosive power so you can play better/stay healthy next season.
Something I began realizing in my 30s:
I earn my time playing sports with regular strength training workouts.
Call it prehab, physical therapy, lifting weights, etc.. Find out what your body needs and put in that work 💪🏾
Working out without specific goals will get you nonspecific results.
As a Physical Therapist and Performance Coach, I take the guess work out of training so you can focus on the work itself.
DM me “🙌🏾” to take the first step towards achieving your fitness goals
Special moment for Mia Bhuta, whose father hails from Gujarat, India! She's the first Indian-American to represent the USWNT at a @FIFAWWC at any level.
What I do for my athletes/clients:
1. Guide their exercise choices
2. Help manage their workload
So they can successfully progress towards their sport, health, and fitness goals
In theory, you could do it on your own.
In theory, I could have started this business on my own too.
But I didn’t. I’ve had amazing guidance and support from Coaches, Mentors, Friends, and Family.
Without them, I couldn’t have achieved the success I have.
Want science-based training to address those nagging injuries?
No more BS
DM me to leave the fluff behind and focus on training that will move the needle.
Rest and recovery is as important as anything else you do to perform better in sports.
Wearing a @whoop has helped me to identify my good/bad habits and build around better rest to:
1. Lower my risk of injury
2. Perform to my potential
3. Play the long game for overall health
