@Ziostorm1 Pulse bubble gun is a must for breaking the pulse shield, and you should stay above Balteus as much as you can which could make it a bit easier to avoid the devastating flame blade and grenade launcher attacks.

I managed beating it with my reverse pedal AC after about 20 retries
