@CityNewsTO The US has the same cross border vaccine mandate as of January 22nd. Even if Canada lifted the mandate, nothing changes as Canadian drivers would need to be vaccinated to get into the US. Trucks are rolling and getting goods to people and not much has changed.

95% of the drivers in my company are vaxxed. The other 5% we moved to domestic work which is legal still. We hired 36 new drivers since Dec 1st. Our drivers are also getting a 10% raise. We added, not lost drivers. Hard working great people. Canada & US both have X-border mandate

@pbonz Im just saying our drivers were treating very well and deservedly so and many protesting, call it the Canadian cross border vaccine mandate. The US has the same one. If CAN lifted it, nothing would change. Folks don’t seem to be aware of this.

Easily the best snow day in a decade here in Hespeler. I can’t fathom kids stuck inside staring at the computer doing school work all day. Let them have fun. Build a snow fort. Toboggan, throw snow balls. They’ll remember that. One of the best memories of being a kid.
