Back after 5 years.

Since 2020:
- Built a $15M business (twice)
- Maxed out credit cards for a management buyout
- Grew from $25K to $1.25M MRR in 18 months
- Lost my 3 best people to tech giants (and celebrated it)

Still promoting people who don't need me.

Are you the kind of person who reads the map, asks for directions, or figures it out as you go?

For me 9 out of 10 times i'm figuring it out as I go, but I realise pretty fast when it's time to ask for directions.
