@theDividendKid Don’t be afraid of PMI. We put 5% down on a home paying $86 a month in PMI, after two years we had our home reappraised to remove the PMI the LTV wen from 90% to 62%. Total cost of PMI was just over $2k well worth the $150k in equity that we now hold. Don’t wait.

@SteveWiesnerSMB @Uber I had this happen once and the price went from $80 to $240 Even with the higher fair no one would accept our ride and we ended up getting a Lyft. Switching companies left us no recourse for reimbursement. Uber also makes it so difficult to contact them we just had to eat the cost
