🏈 Easy drill to use for all positions on the defensive side of the ball.

•Find a line.
•Pick your move.
•Work both sides.
•Incorporate the finish

🔥Coaching Point🔥
When they knock your hands down. Replace fast and make them have to finish with their Rip while reaching for that QB.
(Hump / Go-Move are great to work in on the finish)
Over emphasize “Stay Tight”
