GoI played double standard roles in appeasing the Military Junta through political diplomatic channels and also providing logistical support support to the Anti Junta forces like PDF and allies through defence diplomacy. They were given sanctuary inside the Indian territory in Manipur’s Chandel, Tpl and Ccpur district areas. India is playing a significant role in Myanmar crisis which US and China are the major player and India taking sides with US as China is their common enemy. India likely to compromise the interests and concerns of the native population where maximum spillover effects could be faced in this part of the region. The internal conflicts between Native Meetei and immigrant Kuki groups could be an advantage point for India to transfer large military personnel along the border region to use as and when necessary. Meetei defending Kuki aggression is real, but Kuki fighting Meetei is proxy. Kuki’s aspirations for Kuki Homeland is real but Kuki’s claim for ancestral land in Manipur is proxy. Kuki originated from Myanmar is real and indigenous identity and Anglo-Kuki War book written by Ex-Indian Army officer is proxy and concocted.

In short, India let Manipur burn through Chin-Kuki Narco-Terrorist Aggression considering the development in Myanmar crisis. They let it look like what we see around but there is another deeper geopolitical ramification we are facing today.
Having said that China-Kuki Narco-Terrorist Aggression is the immediate threat to our existence and India’s policy towards Myanmar could become larger threat to our security and stability.

In a significant development, Lhunkhosei Chongloi (30) son of Hentinthang Chongloi from C Aisan Village, Saikul PS, and Satgohgin Hangsinh (28) son of Ngamjalun Hangsinh from Khomunnom Village, Litan Police station, have been arrested in connection with the alleged abduction of two young boys-Avinash Maibam and Ningthoujam Anthony - from Akham Awang Leikai, Imphal West.

It is reported that the accused individuals were brought before a Magistrate and subsequently remanded into police custody for 11 days, until November 17, 2023. The arrest comes after an intensive investigation into the reported abduction case. The swift actions of law enforcement have led to the apprehension of the two suspects. The arrested individuals will remain in police custody during this time, as the investigation continues to unfold.

Exactly about the same time, six months back - this carefully planned violence (hatched long back by #Kukis - for more see the thread that I put in the comment section) started unfolding in Churachandpur, a town in the district by the same name in #Manipur
There was only one thing that was the motive:
"Drive away #Meiteis who had been living there and take control of the town and the rest of the hill districts where #Kukis are in majority"!
Evidently to divide the hill and valley, and serve their demand for separate administration, a step towards their ultimate dream of a homeland nation spanning from Bangladesh in the West to Myanmar in the East. Chin territory of Myanmar and Mizoram in the south to Kachin in North Myanmar in the North.

This is the only main truth!! Everything else is just side acts, drama and Kuki propaganda!!

And who has suffered? Almost everybody living in Manipur and even outside - Meitei, Naga, Nepali, Tamil, Marwari, Bengalis, Punjabis; damn even they themselves - Kukis!
