@not_a_bird_ @alexdowsett It’s nonsense that a swimmer can’t go fast enough to need it. There are marginal gains through goggles, cap, trunk/suit material & shaving off hair. Maybe the reason tunnels are available to cyclists is because they can be used in many cases and it isn’t the case in hydro

@Chris_Boardman Come on Chris, I agree with 99% of what you say but would you feel this is right when you’re riding your bike down a road & pedestrian (on their phone) steps out in front of you and takes you down. Everyone should take responsibility and not just car drivers

@BritTri Nice one! You knew this was a risky venue after it making all the elites ill last year yet crack on and make it after Leeds incase it does the same. It’s the correct call you’ve made but a better one would have been to use experience and change the venue
