This week’s UX class with @TechyJaunt and @fezoffszn made a look at Lagos transportation differently.
Things we’ve almost normalized“How much is this bus?”, “Where is this bus going?”, “Abeg, where should I drop?”, waiting endlessly for a korope or danfo are actually UX problems

I had to identify 20+ problems, cluster them, and pick the ones worth investigating.
My biggest takeaway: don’t rush to build a solution. First, understand the problem.
