The level of grace Keir Starmer has shown Andy Burnham & Wes is astounding, especially considering the disrespect they return. Some people handle power with dignity; for others it goes to their head. Those traits of humility can’t be bought. Keir is in a different league.

We discuss on this week’s @RestIsPolitics - @donaldtusk observed recently that he couldn’t understand how a Russian backed arson attack on a 🇬🇧 PM’s home and property was treated like “Arsenal 2 Liverpool 1,” just a run or the mill event. Fair play BBC for their investigation but generally the lack of interest and concern underlines systemic anti Labour bias across most of media, and with large elements of the right backing anything thought to be had for Starmer, even if (in some cases especially if) it aligns with Russia China or anyone else who might want to damage Britain. Putin has plenty of useful idiots here
