@virginmedia awful sales tactics just now from one of your team.. being made to feel like a valued customer and that you’re doing me a favour for 15mins to then be told it’s more money and another 18 month contract. Far more transparency needed from the start of your calls.

@virginmedia No but that’s not the point… it was a call after 12 months of an 18 month contract labelled up as “you’re a loyal customer we’ve got stuff we are going to do for you as a thank you”. After 15 mins of being duped by your guy he then drops the “it’s going to cost” line… not good
