Pulled a COA that tested 11 vials from the same retatrutide lot. Label says 30mg. Actual fill ran 31.97 to 37.01mg.

Every vial came in over label. Nobody got shorted, vendors pad the fill so nothing tests under claim. But it means anyone doing their math off the label is injecting more than they think.

Here’s what that looks like with a syringe in your hand. 1.5mL bacwater, label math says 30 units is 6mg. On the batch average (33.8mg) those 30 units are 6.76mg. On the heaviest vial in the lot, 7.4mg. You think you’re at 6, you’re pushing 7.5.

The fix: use the tested mg from the COA for your math, not the label. A multi-vial test like this is the gold standard because the average of 11 beats any single number. Most vendors only test one vial, and one is still better than zero, use it. Here, the average means drawing 27 units for 6mg instead of 30.

Go pull the COA on the vial in your fridge. Does it report net content, and on how many vials?
