@FGLifeInd sold me insurance policies on false promises of “100% money back anytime” and “guaranteed returns in 2 years.”
I paid ₹16 lakhs — later found out there’s a 15-year lock-in! The agent also demanded cash as “advance installments” for refund processing — no receipts were given.
📎 Attached: Screenshots of email responses — including one from the CEO himself — which completely ignore the facts and pain caused.
I have proof — screenshots, call logs, and more.
@IRDAIndia, this is clear mis-selling and fraud, violating your own guidelines.
I demand justice, full refund.

@FGLifeInd @Future_Generali@alok_rungta@daivitm 🔴 @FGLifeInd @daivitm@alok_rungta – Is this the “resolution” you're offering?
What I’ve received so far is not a resolution — it’s a denial, despite clear evidence of policy mis-selling. It’s deeply unfair and unacceptable.
@FGLifeInd @Future_Generali@alok_rungta@daivitm Systematic Fraud in Policy Sales 01787737, 01770170, 01749226 - Demand for Immediate Refund, I have already taken this matter to the CEO and as well the grievance team too.. but they have refused all the time and even refused IRDIA.
