The gift of an experience - be it learning to roll sushi, shape your own pasta, making a champagne jelly... They are all good fun and something quite mindful about their processes!
See you in your kitchen?

@contentsoph Hi Sophie, I provide virtual cooking classes - they are a great way to shrink the miles between friends and family that are now scattered around the world. A gift of an experience. From Sushi to pasta to champagne jellies! https://t.co/gr20NEwaxx
Last night on Zoom I taught people how to make champagne jellies - a group of friends spread around the world - we had New Zealand, Portugal, UK and South Africa. Lots of laughter fun and good times.
@YasminAlnajar97 Hi Yasmin, I am in Macclesfield. I used to be a yacht chef travelling the world. Now I offer virtual cooking classes, bringing together friends, family and colleagues together from around the world. - We might not bein the same kitchen, but we can still make it feel like a party.
@Ellen_Kezia My daughter is a very fussy eater. Especially with vegetables. I discovered Copy Kids on youtube - 3 minute videos of children eating a particular vegetable. I can put her in front of that and she will eat a plate full of broccoli or carrots. Weird, but has definitely helped!
wibble-wobble. This time next week... we will be indulging in making champagne jellies and chocolate florentines. #virtualcookingclass
