Pat Higgins, the writer/director of Powertool Cheerleaders vs the Boyband of the Screeching Dead spent years working in Blockbuster Video, Westcliff. Slinging #vhs to the public whilst scribbling ideas for mad #horror musicals. The shop has been empty for a decade.
