@ZARA complaint no 3319400 refund of 7000 not processed since a month n half.The people at your customer service are downright rude and have zero clue as to what’s going on.Ridiculous that your customers are treated like this.Every time I call,I’m told to wait 24/48hrs but zilch!

Have requested return of my items from order no 45134827272 since 15 days now. No one has come to collect the return package . Multiple calls have been made to customer care as well , still nothing. Can someone help for real ??

@delhivery your helplines are automated and are of zero help . The staff at Delhivery hub is incompetent and rude . Can someone from your end look into this matter and see it to it that I get my packages?? @help_delhivery

@airvistara flight UK 108 , an already delayed flight that made the in flight experience especially for people like us with tired little children in tow , especially strenuous. What’s the excuse ???

@airvistara flight UK108 from Singapore to mumbai-a hot sweltering mess !The AC’s were off throughout the duration of the flight, only turned on when they we began our descent into mumbai 15 mins prior to landing. Despite repeated requests from passengers, the crew paid no heed!

@IndiGo6E my luggage contains stuff for my sister who’s getting married tomorrow , who won’t be receiving it. Have some sense of ownership for the mistake made and the good sense to rectify it ! Horribly pathetic demeanour and no willingness to righten the problem . Shame !!!
