I will never forgive Trump and his "If I shoot someone on 5th Avenue I wouldn't lose support" type voters in Florida for this travesty. Byron, Trump and the state GOP insulted the intelligence of the electorate and many still voted for the empty suit of a candidate. Pathetic.

Donalds ran the Biden playbook of campaigning from his basement, had the state GOP and its influencers run interference for him and had Trump constantly gloss over his ineffective, irrelevant history as a politician via Truth Social posts.

Americans don't want the Iran War. Trump says, "I don't care. You'll have it anyways because we're doing it for Israel." Americans don't want data centers. Trump says, "Nah, you can't fight against them because the Tech Bros want them." Americans want mass deportations. Trump says, "Sorry. Farmers and Big Tech want the cheap labor."

Moral of the story: When politicians claim the United States is a representative democracy, it's jut a talking point. The country has devolved into an oligarchical, warmongering surveillance state and Trump has helped accelerate it.

You're the "badged patriot" and you see no problem being an instrument of the state to essentially confiscate someone's personal property for the crime of not carrying a card? Who did he victimize by not having a license?

Lastly, it's interesting for you to claim that driving is a privilege, considering that it is the taxpayers that built those roads, pay for its maintenance and for your cushy salary, pension and benefits, all so that you can turn around and confiscate their property under the threat of lethal force.

Trump and co. rail against communism, but in substance they implement measures that help advance it in the country. A short list is in order:

- Trump lionizes Mamdani in the White House
- The GOP rubber stamps personal vehicle kill switches and in-car government surveillance passed by the Biden administration
- Trump wants to impose data centers (the local nodes for mass surveillance) on the country by essentially disallowing local opposition to their construction
- The GOP passes Liz Warren's socialist Housing Bill and Trump essentially lets it become law by not vetoing it
- Trump and the GOP say they are against a digital control grid for money but the seeds for such a system are in the CLARITY ACT

Another lesson in how deeds speak louder than words.
