I think its a mix of both, I’ve also been encountering an outrageous amount of cheaters in immo, some are obvious but others are super closeted, and they all have the same pattern, account under level 300, was iron-gold when they started with a 0.8kd, now they’re consistently immo2-3+ with 1.2kd+, and the change happens in one act, so its either they started cheating or bought the account, and on the off chance they’re smurfing then they should probably get banned as well given it wasn’t their account, there’s also many that are below level 100 which makes it even worse
