They have not completed Nitesh Long Island & are brazenly collecting maintenance charges in violation of agreement & RERA. Club house is not completed

@SachinKothari4 #niteshmelbournepark was expected to be complete by 31st March 2020, in the name of milestone completion for each floor only pillars and roof was done to take most of the money and then demolished to make way for a new builder to take over.
