There is no lack of infrastructure. Europe should support existing European infrastructure, if that is what it aims to do, but even the aim is unclear to me. If the aim is for some reason to compete (badly) with existing infrastructure, then yes, this will do that. It does nothing useful though.

@timderoode @vonderleyen She doesn’t, but that’s okay - she’s not an AI expert. The real problem in Europe is that while in the US the industry leads the government, in Europe the EU doesn’t even know what it is solving for.
