1 PNR with 4 passengers (one senior citizen) was CNF from WL, but seats were split across 3 coaches,and the senior got upper berth. Surprisingly, 55 seats are still available in current booking. If I cancel, no refund. What kind of service is this

Try to understand the problem passenger are facing...train no 22861 departure time showing 6.30 where as railway clock showing current time 6.34...... while posting this its 6.41 snd still there is no clue of train at howrah railway station
