15.55 from limerick to Dublin - connection didn’t wait - now standing in rain for the next train in an hour
Not so much as an apology or announcement on the platform
1- how do I get compensation
2- who makes these timing decisions and are they held accountable

@IrishRail You might let whoever you pass these comments on to know, that I’m travelling on my only days off to visit my mum who has just started chemo and there is a good chance Joe that might not happen because a planned connection failed to connect ., and nobody knows why

I’m not sure on what worldview outside of that of buseireann this is normal
