🚨 @LewisSteele_: "Leipzig are sticking to their £112m valuation of Diomande."
"From the player's side, he definitely wants to move. He is frustrated that it is taking longer than anticipated."
"From the Leipzig side, there is a resignation to the fact they have to sell him."
🚨 Liverpool are prepared to bid again for Yan Diomandé after opening €100m proposal got rejected.
RB Leipzig insist to keep Diomandé for one more season, player prefers to leave now.

Our fans are the ones who will cause the downfall of someone like Yan Diomande.
The expectations, and the pressure they will apply because they are desperate to replace what Mohamed Salah done.
No one will do that, that’s why Alexander Isak was signed, that’s why Florian Wirtz was signed, that’s why Hugo Ekitike was signed because not one sole person will do what Mo did.
I really do think an experienced player needs to come in and just be a buffer for the development moments, otherwise the horrid people in this fanbase will destroy an extremely talented player, just like we have seen at other clubs.
The standard some people on here hold players to these days is crazy.
They can’t even drop a solid 7/10 performance, with some moments of magic without getting absolutely pelted with negativity.
Thankfully, majority of our fanbase are capable to read a game and phases throughout to understand why or how things didn’t work.
And they also understand that a game is more than just a touch or pass.
Yan Diomande had a performance that we used to praise Mohamed Salah for tonight.
Positive moments, nothing major, then a poor spell, slowly disappears and then bang… creates something out of nothing, goal.
It seems pretty inevitable with him that he is going to affect the game positively, and if he’s doing that in a much stronger squad, I feel sorry for those that don’t see it.
Some of our fans would never make good football scouts/analytics, they get frustrated at the basics and don’t see the rest of the game. I couldn’t do it either but, the following made me see things differently.
I was sat near a scout when Liverpool played Crystal Palace, got speaking at half-time.
Just general chat and asked what he looks for. He said all of the scouts are different but, he doesn’t look at the poor touches, the poor passes or the shots that don’t come off, they’re part of the game.
He looks for the intent of play, the recovery & reaction to negative moments, the decisive decision making and the ability to read & adapt throughout.
The interesting part was him saying the quality of the player isn’t in question, otherwise he wouldn’t be watching in the first place.
It was also interesting to know who he was watching however, I’m not sure that a move will be made after this players performance and his reaction…
Weirdly, I didn’t think Yan Diomande was anywhere near his best against Germany. Some loose touches, poor decisions and he ran out of steam.
BUT he still made the opening goal, and tortured Kimmich at times.
His 5/10 is a lot of players’ 8/10.
🚨 | BREAKING : AYYOUB BOUADDI 🇲🇦
Liverpool FC had held talks with the agents of Ayyoub Bouaddi a few weeks ago after being offered a deal to sign him! 🇲🇦🚨🔴#FCB
Ayyoub Bouaddi would like to join LFC and his agents had offered him to the club in early april, alongside other clubs including Arsenal and Manchester United. 💣💥
Understand Ayyoub Bouaddi had talks with LFC, AFC and MUFC. He is NOT keen on the Manchester United move after talks, and prefers Arsenal or Liverpool move to continue development, with LFC being first choice. 🚨👀
LOSC Lille open to selling Ayyoub Bouaddi and have set a €65m price-tag on the top talent, with Premier League looking the most likely destination if he leaves. 💰💥
Paris Saint-Germain is Ayyoub Bouaddi's favorite club, but PSG currently have other priorities and are not looking towards midfield signing. ❤️💙
There is now serious consideration being given to changing the head coach at Liverpool. It would require an admission higher up that things are beyond repair, but the question is at least now posed, it would also mean a reshuffle above the head coach at the director level.
Arne Slot had credit in the bank at the start of this torrid run (well over half a year ago btw) and rightly so after last season. But that has gone bust now. He has shown absolutely nothing in that period to show he is the man to lead this team forward.
Tonight summed up why so few Liverpool fans believe Arne Slot can fix this. Yes, this side is short in attack and signings will help, but they won't sort a midfield and defence that have been shambolic all season. So, without a change of head coach, how does it get better?
Spurs came to Anfield in March on a run of six straight defeats and in crisis. Chelsea came here today the exact same: six defeats and in freefall.
Doctor Arne Slot's Liverpool were the perfect remedy for both, with deserved points. This season keeps plunging to new depths.
Liverpool may be desperate to stick with Arne Slot, but that stance won't withstand the Anfield crowd turning against him. Today felt like that - these fans are just sick of watching a passive, toothless brand of football they have seen for over a year now.
