@CostaCoffee terrible drink this morning from @CostaCoffee. Ordered a hot chocolate which tasted like dish water and they forgot my cream. Not a great start to a cold morning

@Hermesparcels absolute disgusting customer service by Hermes today. Made a complaint and I’ve had a response saying they can’t help and not even acknowledging my complaint !!!!
