@FlyFrontier your customer service is an absolute joke! We tried to change a NAME, because your rep didn't tell me our child qualified as a LAP infant, and then wanted to charge me $100 for the change! Your SUPERVISOR then told me "If I didn't like it to fly with another airline"
I'm then supposed to wait 30 days for you guys to make a determination, but you had no problem charging my account immediately? What an absolute joke. GIVE ME MY POINTS OR MY MONEY BACK!
@SpiritAirlines you guys are by far the absolute WORST. I purchased points 10 days ago! 10! And NOTHING. No refund, no points, no credit, no assistance. Your phone reps just send you from 1 place to the next or hang up on you! They're rude AF. How is this acceptable?!
By far the worst experience I've ever had with an airline! Still no points. No refund. No credits. No NOTHING. But you guys were happy to take my money! @SpiritAirlines and everyone just sends me in circles!
@SpiritAirlines I'd rather give @SouthwestAir my business at this point if they'd match the rate! At least they treat their customers like people instead of like shit! I should have went with them to begin with!!!!!
@SpiritAirlines customer service is THE ABSOLUTE WORST! Charged and didn't receive points, they won't help me except telling me to email someone! This is the 3rd issue we've had with them! I should know better by now. So aggravated!!!

@SpiritAirlines is refusing to honor/or repair their mistake. They said their flight prices are like "shoe sales" & if their missed can be purchased at full price. That would be valid if I'd purchased an "on sale" flight ๐ what a joke!
And STILL no resolve from @SpiritAirlines ..shocking ๐ I have no idea why it takes this much effort and time, to resolve something so simple? I've answered the same questions 20 different times already!

@Ruby87Rs What? He pointed a gun at someone FIRST and was underage- while the man was lawfully armed! How is it NOT self defense?! Get a grip! If someone pointed a gun at you and you were lawfully armed I highly doubt you'd say the above!
