This is nothing short of GROSS MISMANAGEMENT by @COMELEC. We're not talking about 1 or 2 machines failing, we are talking THOUSANDS. Millions of Filipinos possibly disenfranchised. The COMELEC, Smartmatic, and F2 Logistics need to be held accountable.

The delays today are caused by Comelec’s inability to prepare ahead, get contingencies in line, and build trust with the electorate so it is imperative that they extend voting hours. @COMELEC ito na lang pambawi niyo muna sa palpak na eleksyon na to.
